Terms of Service

Hivanced is a sovereign AI assistant for European business teams. It connects to the data sources a team already uses, grounds AI conversations on the customer's own data through retrieval-augmented generation, and includes a creative AI suite. Hivanced is currently in closed beta.

The service is intended for professional use by businesses and their teams. You must be authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems;
• disrupt or overload the infrastructure, or circumvent security or usage limits;
• use the service to generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.

You retain all rights to the content and data you provide to or create within the platform. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process and display your content, and to route it to the AI providers required to deliver the features you use). We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The platform produces AI-generated outputs based on your inputs and your connected data. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before use. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Hivanced provides the tool; it does not guarantee that any output is fit for a particular purpose or free of errors.

When you connect a third-party source (for example Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack or HubSpot), you authorise read-only access to the data you grant, used as grounding for the AI assistant. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we never write back to them.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. As Hivanced is in active development and in closed beta, features may change, be added or be removed. We may update these terms; we will indicate the date of the latest version at the top of this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, of applicable law, or of a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory rule of consumer or local law that would apply.
